We currently have an opportunity for a Resource Coordinator. You will be responsible for working closely with key internal stakeholders to address our resource needs. You will assist with resource planning across different engagements and work closely with the business to ensure all staffing needs can be met.

What will your day look like?
  • Manage requisition intake process (ensure that information in each request is complete, and keep the request board up to date)
  • Assist with project onboarding
  • Assist Head of Delivery Management Team and Practice Leads with forecasts in the financial system
  • Communicate resource allocations to HR and Finance
  • Analyse and challenge resourcing requests against key engagement metrics to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources
  • Identify and monitor resource availability, conflicts and shortage
  • Prepare relevant resourcing reports and analyse for inconsistencies, for example: chargeability, utilisation
  • Assist the Delivery Management Team with documentation and technical material organization
  • Assist the Delivery Management Team with the employee performance management process when required
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (excel)
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams
Required Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience in workforce or resource planning, as asset
  • Experience in a professional service environment managing different stakeholders, an asset
  • Strong ownership of deliverables, actions and tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and always open to learn and make processes and tasks better and more efficient
  • Fast learning and independent
  • Ability to adapt quickly and multitask
