The position requires a developer comfortable navigating compliance requirement, infrastructure considerations, and the demands of a fast‑paced technical setting.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
  • Ensure high‑quality code delivery within a highly regulated environment.
2. Database & SQL Expertise
  • Use SQL extensively for data manipulation, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with advanced SQL concepts such as CTEs, query plans, indexing, and optimization.
  • Support complex data flows and ensure reliability and performance across systems.
3. Infrastructure & Deployment
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or UrbanCode.
  • Work with cloud and infrastructure technologies such as AWS S3, SQS, SSM, KMS, etc.
  • Support secure, compliant deployment practices aligned with regulatory expectations.
4. Collaboration & Communication
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Work effectively with teams in fast‑paced, structured environments.
  • Adapt to processes, compliance frameworks, and a development environment with stringent oversight.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Must‑Haves
  • 5–10 years of software development experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on Java backend development. (Must Have)
  • Strong backend focus — front‑end‑only developers will not be considered.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including advanced operations (CTE, indexing, query plans, troubleshooting).
  • Experience working in regulated, process‑driven environments (e.g., finance, government, or similar).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, UrbanCode).
  • Familiarity with AWS services: S3, SQS, SSM, KMS.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, remain adaptable, and handle high‑pressure technical workflows.
  • Exposure to both backend and front‑end frameworks (Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript)

  • Spanish language ability
  • Experience working in highly controlled and audited environment
