Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled TEST ANALYST /QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST, with a strong background in telecommunication industry. This role requires a detail-oriented individual, who can work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience working with Salesforce and IFS software testing and/or implementations of Salesforce and IFS
- Experience with OpenText ALM Quality Center/OpenText Testing Suite
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with automated test script creation, execution and maintenance
- Experience in Telco (Telecommunications / Information and Communications Technology (ICT)) business functions and processes
- Experience with Mobile Workforce Management and ecommerce Platforms (Desirable)
- Experience in Test case creation, execution, and reporting
- Must possess a good understanding of SDLC (Solution Development Lifecycle) and QA (Quality Assurance) concepts, metric analysis, methodologies and documentation standards
